Yeah, I know that you know that I love fall. I get it, you get it, we all get that the colors and the crunch and the smell makes us swoon. You’re probably sick of my autumnal images by now, but you know what? Tough. I’ll stop taking leaf pictures when the trees are bare and gray and I’ve fallen into a seasonal 6 month-long depression of sorts. Until then, MORE PRETTY PLEASE!

We made a big juicy friend along the way. He was so cute I wanted to pick him up and squeeeeeeze him, but that would’ve been bad.

Two hours is a long time for tiny legs to hike, especially when Pete and I bombard her with the most crazypants inquiries the entire journey.
Are you a pumpkinhead?
Are you a butternut squash?
Are you a butter brain?
Are you Land-O-Lakes face?
Are you a muffin brain?
Are you a crazy kitty?
Are you a super kitty?
Are you Supercat?
Are you Don Dada?
Are you Mr. Lover Man?
Are you Shabba Ranks?
Are you Q Tip?
Are you Kid Capri?
Are you a marshallow face?
(Oh, we could go on forever.)

Someone carved a heart into this tree and it looked like the tree was crying. Jerks.
*All images taken with my iphone4 and processed in Camera+ like crazy awesome magic.

I could look at your fall pictures every day. GORGEOUS. But goodness, with the questions! I was exhausted just reading them! She’s SO cute. I love her little hiking pose.
Thanks, Greta! Yeah, we’re a little weird. Poor kid.
The questions you asked Lotte cracked me up! Literally would have come out of the mouths of myself and my husband! My daughter has so many nick names even we get confused! We often bombard her with our silly nonsense…now stop posting beautiful pics of MA before I die!
Poor Lotte. After the first few questions she was like, “No! I’m Lotte!!!”, but finally she just started ignoring us as we cracked ourselves up.
The questions are hilarious! I’m surprised she didn’t convince the Blair Witch to make you stop bothering her. (Cause that’s totally what those woodsy pics remind me of!)
I love that movie so much. LOVE.
I will never get sick of fall images. Never I say!
Your daughter is commanding with her walking stick.
We say the same things to our daughter but she’ll have none of it.
She says “no! I’m Lisa!”
Also?
Her name isn’t Lisa.
I love the fall pictures. You can never have enough!!!!
